This program is designed for players who want to put a stronger emphasis on intense,
padel-specific physical preparation to achieve
long-term, sustainable performance improvements.
5 sessions per week to be done at home, outdoors or in a gym (45-60 min).
Simply follow the training schedule provided in the PDF.
Each sessions is made up of instructions and videos exercises.
30 exclusive sessions for 60 sessions in total over 12 weeks.
Weekly WhatsApp support for guidance and adjustments.
The sessions will help you enhance the physical qualities essential for your progress in padel.
The session themes include Mobility, Core, Proprioception, Coordination, Muscle Strengthening, Explosivity, Speed, Specific Movements, Cardio and Stretching.

A 10-minute WARM-UP before training or playing to prepare your body for the session.
A Stretching session that you can do at any time at the end of the day.
